At Roast'n, we want you to love every sip and bite. If your order isn't perfectly fresh or arrives damaged, we offer a 30-day return policy for all non-perishable items and a satisfaction guarantee on our specialty coffee blends.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our Freshness Team at [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request within 24 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
- 3.Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our roastery.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
