How long does it take for my coffee to ship?

We roast our beans in small batches every Tuesday and Thursday. Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours of roasting to ensure you receive the freshest product possible.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Roast'n ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to bring our specialty blends to more countries soon.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.

Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?

Absolutely. We partner exclusively with Direct Trade farmers and certified cooperatives that prioritize sustainable farming practices and fair wages for all workers.

Can I change or cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled roast date.

Do you provide pre-ground coffee or only whole beans?

We offer both! You can select your preferred grind size (Drip, Espresso, or French Press) on the product page, though we recommend whole beans for maximum flavor longevity.
